Crashes (Black Screen, Blue Screen and other general crashes.)

I had issues with crashes then I was able to stop them. But most recent patch seems to have brought them back. I figured I should start posting my player logs as they seem to vary quite a lot and I am unsure what is causing them.

Strangely it wont let me upload my player log from last night as it is over 6MB. I haven’t restarted the game again yet after having my entire computer stop into black screen and need manually turned off after I tried to load into an empowered monolith echo. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I have now restarted the game and tried to upload previous player log from last night but didn’t help. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Black screen flickering to black screen crash. One of my monitors has completely turned off after the crash as well. Going to have to restart PC.
