Situation: Every time I try to enter the area “Sanctum of the Architect” the game crashes to the desktop.
Hi @houndsgamer - some people who have experienced crashes find it is resolved by:
- deleting graphics ini file (https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260805163370-The-Graphics-ini-File) and/or
- getting latest drivers for their card

So I did both, I deleted the ini file and I made sure my graphics card was updated. It still crashed, so I uninstalled and reinstalled on steam and that worked.
