Crash to desktop entering ancient forest

Level 20 online Acolyte trying to enter Ancient Forest in the Shattered Valley. Tried to enter 3 times. Travelling via the waypoint and running to the portal directly. Each time the loading screen appears then the game crashes to desktop,

Recently a few people have resolved this by:

  • upgrading graphics drivers
  • deleting graphics ini file (search support.lastepoch.com for graphics)
  • verifying game file integrity or reinstalling through steam client

Thank you, turned out to be a file integrity issue.
