Crafting bug + vendor not refreshing

Generally, you should include:
What went wrong?

  1. When I’m in a party with my friend and we are crafting and using glyphs and runes, they are used interchangably between our inventories. Sometimes I craft and the runes from my friend’s inventory are getting consumed and sometimes the oposite.
  2. Vendor in end of time while doing monoliths is not refreshing.
