Coven flesh does not proc bleed, on bone curse

I can spam it on a target dummy or a monster and bleed never procs

I tried it wit hand without cursed ground

I also can not seem to get it to do damage or proc rip blood constantly

I was just wondering this myself. Bone curse is one of those abilities where half the tree is either poorly explained, or just plain broken.
