I bought this game on steam, after the immense hype and also immense disappointment of D4, paid for the $60 version. If I had known I couldn’t use my cosmetics I PAID for in offline mode, I wouldn’t have wasted my money at all. Why was that a design choice? It feels like a scam that wasn’t told to anyone or pasted anywhere before you buy. Why give an offline mode if you won’t people use what they pay money for? Will this ever get changed, or should I just request my refund now?

It’s not broken, it’s just invisible because someone recoloured it & forgot to tick the additional “show” box.

You can see your badges in your account. If you hit profile from the dropdown on the top right (click your user image) there are a bunch of options and one of them is badges.
