I created the character normally and ingame I was suddenly fully equipped in MTX.
I have never purchased cosmetics.
I went into I > Appearance and disabled all the cosmetics.
When I entered the second zone, all cosmetics were equipped again.
Weirdest part is that I don’t even have these cosmetics.
I logged into my Paladin and he auto-equipped the cosmetics too.
I play in Offline mode in case it’s relevant.
