Cosmetics disappearing after logout

This problem was in the last season, also, but no regards to my in game bug report, so I’ve decided to post here.

Cosmetics keep disappearing after logout. Some people in “General” chat were also mentioning this problem, so it must be something wrong with specific accounts? Please look into this.

Still occurring on 11/9/2025.

Can we get a response or an ETA on a bug fix for this ?

Playing Flay Lich is really annoying when I cant see when I am in reaper form or not.
