Cosmetic items are not appearing on character selection screen despite being equipped + backbpacks keep randomly disappearing despite being equipped

Hi,
two things:

  1. Cosmetic items are not appearing on character selection screen despite being equipped
  2. Backbpack cosmetic items keep randomly disappearing despite being equipped
