Corruption Cleansing Dialog WIndow cannot be closed

I reached the corruption cleansing node and beat the boss and clicked the item. The cleansing window opened up where it asked me how much corruption I’d like to cleanse.

At this point I’d realised I made an error. I didn’t want to cleanse my corruption. So I clicked the X to close the window. It didn’t close.

I tried teleporting to the mono area, but the window stays open. As you can see I’m no longer in the cleansing node, but the window is still open.

Same exact thing happened to me. Even after using the portal to leave, it followed me around here is a photo of it with me at the end of time. I logged out to get rid of it.

I had no idea what this was (I’ve been away for awhile) I first attempted to choose “1” and it just made the sound. I then tried all choices including the X at the upper right.
