Coral Aegis shock Attackers only applying once per enemy attack

Coral Aegis can have up to 430% Chance to Shock Attackers but it’s useless as it seems to apply only one shock stack per enemy attack.

I can confirm that the Chance to Shock Attacker Affixs on Coral Aegis does NOT stack Shock as the tooltip on the unique and the tooltip in the character sheet seems to indicate.

I also tested this with a T6 Shock Attackers Catalyst and I never saw multiple stacks being applied when I was being hit with a 155% chance. Similar tests with other ailment stacking would show frequent application of multiple stacks but Shock on Attackers doesnt seem to work.

I would suggest that this is not a problem specific to the Unique, but a problem with the Shock Attackers affix not applying stacks…

For interest, the character sheet correctly shows the percentage.
