Hey guys, as the title suggests, I have found out that occasionally the cooldown reduction from belts and boots(maybe others too but I have not tested/noticed) sometimes stops working. You would have to manually reequip the item for it to apply again. I have noticed this multiple times on my personal character and the person I play with has noticed it on his as well, so it does not seem to be an isolated incident. Not sure where it comes from.
Not only cooldown reduction:
+x to skill;
damage affixes;
For me, it happens randomly, after loading the location, you need to check your stats, if something is missing, take off and equip the gear again.
I play in multiplayer.
