I’m having a lot of issues trying to play with my PS5 controller, and it worked perfectly well before Season 4.
Issues I’m experiencing:
-Constant conflict with mouse - if I try to toggle between loot drops with controller, I cannot highlight the item on the ground that I want to. I can move one item up or one item down and then it reverts back to the first item. So I can only pick up loot drops with keyboard and mouse. It feels like the controller cannot accept my inputs but mouse can.
-Controller is causing my windows PC to effectively permanently hold the up arrow. If I alt-tab out of the game, or hit windows key, my windows interface acts like the up arrow on my keyboard is being held down. Preventing me from being able to manage anything outside of the game.
In addition, there’s a major balance issue between keyboard and mouse versus controller.
One of LE’s greatest features amongst competitors, is that in LE you can hold down every skill on your bar (with keyboard) and each skill will cast itself as it comes off cooldown. I often build around this feature and select skills so that I can utilize this. But controller does not allow that whatsoever.
Keyboard has a significant advantage over controller for DPS because of this. On controller, you have to actively push each button because holding them down does nothing.
