Controller - Rebinding "Move" breaks usability requires resetting to default to fix

I currently use a Xbox 360 controller. “Move” is set to “A” by default. When left alone you can use “A” to pickup items, interact with zone borders, etc. However, “A” is too valuable of a button for me to not use with an actual skill. So I rebound it to the Right Shoulder Button.

After rebinding Items and zone borders still pop up with “A” over them, however, you can not interact with them via the “A” button or the button “Move” is bound to.

Rebinding “Move” back to “A” does not restore functionality either. I have to go back and reset my controls to default to get that functionality back.

I’m having this as well using a DS4. Additionally, if you rebind anything on the dpad, you’re unable to navigate menus using the dpad unless you reset to default.
