TLDR: go to click complete on quest promt and it talks to NPC again and i get stuck
Its happened a few times during the campiagn ill be talking to an NPC turning in a quest but clicking through quickly. Once the quest is completed a window pops up where have to hit confirm but hitting (x on ps controller) talks to npc behind instead and i get stuck untill i click with mouse (why my image shows M&K binds).
