First of all, you cant change the binding for a controller oO
Than: The Portal button is the same like the “hide all loot” binding, pls let us change such things

Can you try to use the controller (right thumb stick to move the cursor, A to click) to change the controller settings? There is a bug where you cannot change these settings if you use the mouse (to open the settings etc), but it might work with the controller - it is just quite inconvenient to do so.
Some but not all controller bindings can be changed. Unfortunately, the controller bindings they’ve specifically noted, those using the D-pad (and a few others), can’t be changed…currently.
