Playing Sorcerer with Arcane Ascendance on a controller. If I activate AA while moving, it will not stop my movement immediately, instead showing the buff effect while I continue moving around. Once I stop moving and/or activate another spell, AA will keep me in place. In contrast, AA with mouse input will immediately stop movement.
Not sure if it really gives an advantage since you can’t do anything during it, but it was nice being able to cast AA to force myself to stop moving.
