I keep getting d/c’d back to main menu after most zone transitions. Says I lost connection and I click the button and back to the char select screen. Also, us-east is down atm.

I am playing in a party with 2 other players. when we transition to a new zone I will get the Lost connection message.
When I log back in, it will show me as still in the party. On their screens however they see that I have left the party. I cannot rejoin the party until I log out and back in again manually.
Often, once I get back in and join the party, if I portal to one of the players and they are in the zone that I tried to load into, it will lose connection again.
Trying to work around this, we found that if I load the zone first, often I can get in then the others can load.
Its intermittent.
