Consistently during a map - unable to loot items/click chests/teleport out while still able to pick up gold/potions and clear the map

During any map, in this case, monoliths - I am able to go through it without issue, and able to loot, etc. Then at a random point of time, I am no longer able to loot anything other than gold and potions. I am unable to teleport out and unable to open chests.

I am able to interact with quest NPCs, but the quest log does not update.
I am able to clear the map.

Being unable to leave causes me to leave game, and when relogging, that map I should’ve completed is reset. This happens constantly. My internet connection is solid, and I can see chat during this entire thing.

This happens in dungeons too.

Same here, I’ve been reporting it but I don’t know how much that is going to help. For me it only started to happen about 2 days ago.

I have the same issue all the time, It usually happens after my hammer throw ability just disappears off the screen. then i cant pick up anything on the ground or complete an echo or boss fight

I’m having the same issue. It’s frustrating when you use up keys and clear areas only to not be able to finish or loot at the end. Please fix this LE team.
