“connecting” overlay stuck on screen, cant report in game as it prevents mouse from interacting with most UI’s

put a zip folder with a paint file attached of the screenshot i took of it. this is an issue that i tried reporting in game, but am unable to “submit” has happened to me twice now, and i have to force close then reopen the game to fix it.

Same thing for me today. Could walk around the Bazaar and interact with NPCs and Chest, but not interact with anything in the Chest or buy anything from the NPCs or the game menu.
Edit: Happened when I reloged to play with a different character.

Keeps happening to me as well. Most of the time when I tried to switch between characters, “connecting” gets stuck and I have to hard exit (alt-F4) to fix it. It never happens straight after starting the game, but very often when trying to switch to another character. Very annoying, it wastes a lot of time restarting.
I’m also getting this when switching characters. And, like the others, I tried to report using the in-game tool, but the Connecting screen prevents interaction with the bug report dialog box.
Also getting this Problem when switching Chars.
