I’m confused with this tooltip. It says: “Youn and your minions”, but also writes does not apply to minions.

Does it supports minions or not?
It specifically says “Also applies to minions”.
The description on top is a short description of what the things at the bottom do.

Hey there.
This passive does apply to you and your minions.
What you underlined simply means it does not matter how many points you put there, it will always affect minions, and will always be doubled for YOU if you’re using a 2-hander, even if it’s just 1 point.
That’s what “does not scale with points allocated” mean.
