No matter how many points you allocate to Conflux it does not affect the lightning tooltip damage. Each poins supposed to give 25% dmg to lightning strikes that come from Thunder Strike, Lagon’s Answer and Lagonian Wrath nodes. But the Lightning damage stays the same.
