Hey guys,
I’ve noticed a few of the new items have incorrect level requirements when compared, in this case it’s the “heavy quiver.” As a side note, the text is also different

Hey… Perhaps this is related to the Tier of the affixes… They increase the level requirements of an item depending on the tier (and possibly if its a suffix or prefix - not sure). That could be why you are seeing the difference… a sure way to tell would be to have two normal (no affix) items and see if they have the same level requirement.
as to the text difference… yip, there are a few odd things with the typefaces that dont match up.
