why is everyone in the global chat so rude and toxic
cant even ask for help without being mocked
Because that’s the internet in a nutshell and the reason why I have disabled the chat since more and more players started to play the game back in beta days.

Sadly that’s the lonely folk within gaming society. Just ensure that you don’t respond to them. Let them waste their own time. Just keep positive as there are nice gamers too!
