I thought the experimental affix (In the image below) would add to the Acolytes Fervor haste duration, but apparently it replaces it. It completely negates the haste duration of the skill, since I’m only getting 1.6 seconds. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be this way, or it’s bugged.
