As you can see on screenshot, i have lens for 80% increased cost with doubled prophecies, but it wasn’t applied. Also, the rewards changed since i checked telescope before (yes, i relogged to another character, but didn’t even interact with observatory during this time).
So it rerolled randomly or when i logged off, and it’s initial state doesn’t even have lens’ bonuses. It’s quite big issue if you are leaving nice rewards after spending all your favor and forces you to reroll rewards additional time to get lens’ effects back.
Edit: So all my prophecies just got rerolled again at some point, and again, none of my lenses are applied. This really hurts the whole concept of CoF, since you cannot safely save rolled prophecies for later use, when you get enough favour.
