COF Rank 10: 150% increased drop rate of boss specific items, does not work on dungeon bosses

Just tried a Lightless Arbor which has a Peak of the Mountain drop chance of 50% at tier IV and no uniques dropped at all.

Expected outcome for Peak of the Mountain: 50% x 2.5 = 125% drop chance.
