I was just using unique and 1-handed sword lenses (8 cof lvl) and wasted 10k favor on rerolls just to find only 1 unique sword prophecy that I don’t even want to pick cuz it has some stupid condition that I will never fulfill. If they are so useless then at least give us more slots for the lenses, like cmon… I don’t want to spend 30minutes and 80% of my favor rerolling prophecies.
Also 1 handed sword having the same icon as 4 other categories isn’t really the best idea

So I spent my whole 80k and picked only 2 prophecies, now I have to pray that they will drop me unique I want (1 in 100) and that this unique will have some decent LP (another 1 in 100), which I know will not happen unless I spent another 1mil favor on it. Compare this to just going on the market and buying it in 1 minute for some pennies (I’m not saying it should be as easy, its just a comparison).
I love the idea of COF and I won’t say its badly implemented, its implemented pretty well, its just very underwhelming to me (at least the prophecy stuff).
If I could just put like 5 lenses in there I would probably end up with ~10 prophecies, that would make farming my desired item a little more realistic.
The Eastern Prophecies (Weapons) are definitely really bad, because they have the most different reward types (because 1H and 2H is separated).
I really love that 1H and 2H is separated, compared to MoF rewards, where it is not separated. But this diludes the reward pool.
Lenses for this region need to be A LOT more potent to work against this huge Reward Pool. Since the bias lenses scale with ranks, they feel almost useless before Rank 8, 9 or 10.
Some of the other regions feel way better with lenses. I think the potency of lenses for the eastern region needs to be doubled at least.
I’m on rank 8 and they still feel useless. Honestly I would just remove the any weapon, melee weapon and other similar categories. Every time I saw the sword icon it was either any weapon or melee weapon (picking those seems stupid af unless you don’t care for what you’re getting). Seeing 1h or 2h was so rare… On the other hand I felt like I saw dagger and bow rewards on almost every reroll.
As someone who doesn’t want rewards from arena or dungeon I find those to be great. I just let RNG pick the rest of the items for me, though I haven’t really tried to hit a wand yet. I was able to pick up quite a few good relic prophecies though.
Its the same issue, when I block arenas and dungeons I will lose 2 lens slots and then getting just 1 prophecy with 1h unique sword will take me 30k favor as well. It’s all good when you don’t care what you get, when you’re trying to target farm something it becomes impossible.
