COF Lense Change ***REQUEST***

Hello can you please consider the lenses that make it so certain items show up more, change from %based to make it the only reward type.

If a player is using a lens to increase the odds of an item to show chances are that’s the only item they want to see.

So if i have the 1hd sword lens equipped in east telescope then when i reroll or select a prophecy all i want to see are 1hd sword prophecies.

Same if i have the rune lens, trying to find correct condition/reward/location is a pain and crazy RNG luck to hit what you want. I personally don’t want to see another reward type if i have a reward item type lens equipped.

So when new prophecies show with a rune lens equipped in west telescope.
I don’t want to see glyphs/idols/keys when its already a pain to get specific rune reward i want.

CoF (and MG) is going to get a heavy rework next season. From what Mike has implied, many of our suggestions won’t make sense in the face of this, which makes it seem like many things we now have will be gone (maybe even prophecies entirely?).

Might as well wait for next season and see what the rework looks like. It’s very unlikely they will change anything in CoF this season.

i know/get that, but i personally will keep posting stuff i want or ideas/concepts i have. As i hope it either shows a need for something/ presents a know concept in a different unthought of way/ i like suggesting things.

I wasn’t trying to imply that you shouldn’t suggest. I guess it might have been seen that way, but feedback is always good.

It was mostly about not expecting any changes/feedback to CoF this season in light of the rework coming up.

Oh i don’t expect any s4 changes to anything that isnt non bug fixes

As I side note if I could get one COF change immediately added. It would be my temporary “COF bandaid” of disabling automatic rerolling available prophecies upon selection.

I personally believe this would be the greatest COF temporary change with least amount of effort for maximum positive player outcome.

In my mind it’s a simple delete one line of code in my mind, but by no means do o understand the complexity of coding. And I understand the concept of easy to say harder to do.

Like the change doesn’t have to stay once S5 changes, it would just be temporary as just leaving COF in current state (imo) is a slap to the COF players. Yeah this is more so a feature for end game people but that ideally shouldn’t pursued them not to do it.

Additionally s% could be 2 months away it could be 2 years who knows. Waiting for S5 (imo) for any cof fix (even if temporary) is a bad idea.
