So I finally got to the Upper District in Chap 9 and have picked up a bunch of quests - one from Zerrick. Do I have to do this stuff before being offered to join COF because I do not see the option to join it yet.
just keep following the quest line, at some point you’ll get there. You’re close now.
Just follow the exit to the top left and it will take you to the choice, then you continue through there for one of those quests.
Just a quick update and another question. I went through the door at the top (thanks, Travoas) and picked Circle of Fortune. So, I am doing a Wolf Beastmaster build and was seeking initial prophecy recommendations. Looking at the Maxroll guide it seems the most valuable item for the build is the unique squirrel helm, so do I want to go with the north telescope and invest in the prophecy that offers 2 unique helms?
First read the forum and see what people are saying about the two factions. CoF is not for people who want to get all perfect gear for one character, or can’t live without that one item.
Herald of the Scurry is a rare drop, and even with the prophecy, chances are you will be trying to get it for a while. While it will be expensive at the market, at least with Merchants’ Guild, you know someone will be selling it.
But yeah, the unique helmet prophecy is the one you want. Good luck!
