Cloud Answer node in Lightning Blast tree uses different kind of Charge Spark skill

I wonder whether it’s intended. In LB tree spark charge is applied via extra skills (smallLightningExplosion). At the same time everywhere else in mage trees it’s applied via chargeSpark ailment.

If it’s intended then at least skill naming should be different.
