The new Clothos Needle Unique Two Handed Sword has a Line that says
“Block Chance is Converted to Parry Chance while not wielding a Shield.”
This doesnt work, since i have 0% Parry Chance and still have Block Chance (and obv. no Shield equipped)
First, you should use the Bug Reports channel when submitting bug reports on the Forum.
Second, it’s better to use the ingame bug reports (F8 by default on keyboard) as it includes a host of other info including game files and a screenshot.
It’s possible that the skill is actually working as intended, just that it’s not updating properly in the character window.
Either way, you should use Travoas suggestion and use the in-game bug report tool.
Stat conversions often don’t work, or at least, not consistently. If you think of Maehlin’s Hubris, the bleed & ignite chance figures aren’t updated at all, but some conversions do work…

Yeah I noticed that it wasn’t giving the parry bonus with Juggernaut Stance as well. I get some through other stuff but not JS.
