When using the Clotho’s Needle unique sword there is a line that states:
“Block chance is converted to parry chance while not wielding a shield”
This does not work with Juggernaut Stance from Void Knight’s Warpath skill which provides 4 block chance per point allocated. Allocating points into JS does not increase parry chance at all, even if you unequip and re-equip Clotho’s Needle.
It also seems to not work with any kind of block chance. Granted I only have about 6% block chance from passives, that isn’t even being converted by Clotho’s Needle (unless I’m missing something with it’s mechanic). The only form of parry chance I have is what rolled on the weapon.
Seems to be hit or miss. I had a ring that gave block chance which worked but anything from passives hasn’t.
