So, here’s the thing:
There’s no “Totem Attack Speed” Affix in the game, it’s all focused on Cast Speed.
If I have Totems from these two skills, do their speed now scale with Cast Speed?

I want to know if Earthbreaker the node in Upheaval makes the skill uses CAST speed instead of atk speed and if it uses for totem upheaval too ?
