Clarifications on future price model (2 key questions)

I couldn’t find concrete info. I find a disparity between reading what EHG had written, and how I interpreted it (or guess) vs what I see people said.

The part that I am mostly inline with what most people said is:

The first expansion will be free to people already bought the game before expansion. Only new Paradox characters will cost extra.
People who had not buy the base game, there will get the expansion (first) and base game together.

What are unclear for me is. If the questions are already answer, just let me know.

Q1) will the price for new players (base +expansion) cost more than current price. Surprising I never hear anyone mention this point.

Q2) The even bigger question, will future expansions (after expansion 1) cost money for people who bought the game already?
I do not believed I read that ALL future expansions will be free.

i want to note that this is NOT a thread knocking the Monetary model, Just a thread for the clarification of the Monetary model.

I think it will

I don’t know that the game lasts long enough to get a second expansion the way things are going.

It was mentioned in some of the threads, also by some streamers. There is no info, but it’s assumed, based on the wording, that yes, LE will raise the price, but that price will include both the base game and the expansion (meaning you can’t buy LE without also buying the expansion).

It was also mentioned and again there’s no info on that, but based on the wording I see 2 options:
1- Yes, future expansions (if any) will be paid.
2- They will do the same thing, giving the expansion to players that already have the game and raising the price again.

What will actually happen is unknown until EHG tells us their plans, which they likely won’t until they have to.
