Issue:
When boots (Citadel Boots used and issue repeatable) have ‘Health Regeneration’ on them then it won’t allow you to chose that affix.
Example:
Have T4 Health regeneration on the boots, click on them and it won’t add them to the crafting window to raise the affix tier despite FP being available.
Log is not applicable since nothing’s happening.
Screenshot won’t help since it just shows boots with the affixes and nothing else and I can’t make any videos with my equipment.
I have the same issue with a pair of Solarum Greaves, T3 Health Regen and 691 shards but it won’t let me improve it.
The flat hp regen affix was moved from the boot slot to the amulet slot with 1.1. Items that dropped with it previously keep it, but it cannot be increased higher outside of a critical success on upgrading another affix
The issue is that those items still drop but that affix can’t be adjusted.
Also chaos glyphs allow it to roll and hence you’re immediately bricking your item this way.
The affix currently is a mess and something needs to be done, it’s utterly bugged.
Ahh. I had not seen them drop myself… But yeah if it can still roll on new items that’s definitely a bug
