I wanted to use Ascendance Rune on a Relic and use the perk for 45% chance to not get used up. But she doesn’t sell Relics? do they not have any for circle of fortune at all?
There aren’t any faction-specific relics, but any relic that drops with the CoF tag, such as via a prophecy or the rank 1 bonus, can proc the rank 2 bonus (45% chance to not consume a RoA).

Like Llama said, it’s just drops tagged with the CoF tag. There is a filter category for this, so you can set a rule and see drops with that tag to use your RoA with.
