Circle of Fortune - Prophecies

First time playing Last Epoch and also my first time playing in SSF mode, meaning Circle of Fortune, but I have some questions about prophecies.

Many times I’ve gotten several drops related to prophecies, so I know I’ve completed some already — but how can I be sure which ones are done?
Some show a message like “fulfilled 0/2,” and others don’t show anything, just the conditions to complete them.

I saw that I can delete them manually, but I’d rather not remove one I haven’t finished yet. I thought prophecies would be removed automatically when completed.

If I just leave them there, can I complete them as many times as I want and always get the drops?

It’s a bit confusing, but prophecies do disappear from the menu once you fully complete them, the game just doesn’t do a great job of communicating which ones those were if you forgot. Some prophecies can be completed multiple times for the reward, that’s what’s meant by the “fulfilled 0/2”, but any of them that don’t have a counter like that are just single time use. Later in CoF ranks you can get lenses that make the prophecies cost more but either give double rewards or let you complete it twice. (Can stack those together to basically 4x your rewards.)
