Cinder strike’s passive node (south-west) “Soot and Ash” grants chance to blind with bow. The following passive “Pocket Sand” converts blind chance -from all sources- to critical vulnerability chance. Does that convert the bow only blind chance from soot and ash, if i opt to use cinder strike in melee?
