Cinder strike - Burning daggers node doesn’t apply throwing skill cost reduction even thou alt text says it has been reduced. Proc still costs 8 mana. Using two -3 mana cost rings and have 1 point in mana reduction node, should say 1 cost, says 2 cost, costs 8.
same goes with Explosive Traps on Rogue.
I have two rings that should apply ‘-3 throwing attack mana cost’ each. According to the skill tooltip only -2 are effectively applied with each ring granting -1. So Explosive Traps tooltip reads 16 mana cost as my baseline, after equipping 2 rings it’s 14 mana cost.
Testing skills shows that 14 mana is correctly uses (as far as I can tell from mana regen relatively quickly).
Equipping only one ring shows 15 (-1 instead of -3) mana costs in tooltip, but I believe that the real mana cost is 13 (as excpected from 1 ring).
so there is something weird in calculations, I assume. Or expectations on how mana cost reductions work are wrong on our end.

it seems as if this miscalculation is only with rings. I haven’t done in depth testing on other equip, but Jelkhors Blast (-5 Mana Cost for Detonating Arrow) seems to apply correctly.
