The base item [Dagger] does not allow you to add a Lightning penetration suffix on it.
All other element penetration suffixes are available, except for Lightning one.
I suppose someone simply forgot to add it to the list for this specific base item. This has originally shown up on a [Chitin Dagger] base, but it would seem that all other Dagger base items also lack the possibility to add a Lightning penetration suffix on them.
Please fix this.
