Using skills for the glacier spell that add chill chance/damage to all three explosions. Character screen is showing 0 chance to chill enemy and 0 chill damage.
Unless I’m mistaken, the Character Screen values are for global efffects, not ones that are associated with specific skills. For isntance, you’ll have some affixes that add a %chance to chill on hit. That would be reflected here.
The devs have said that one of their goals is to add more tooltip information to specific skills for this purpose though.
