Why is the chat unavailable? I did not disable it in the settings.

Have problem like this. As someone said u needed in vpn, if u from Russia. Im from Russia. So sad to play without chat, even cant to open chat( Online mod like a offline. So pity(
Not every vpn will do the job.In my case, I had to switch to a different VPN application and only after that the chat worked properly. Previously,i tried to start the game with the vpn i usually use,but it didn’t help,so i wasn’t sure if it’s my problem or the in-game problem.
