Charged melee puncture stuck

To avoid ambiguity, let’s call Puncture with the charge passive Charge Puncture, without passive Noncharge Puncture, Charge Puncture being charged a charged Charge Puncture and Charge Puncture not being charged but still being activated as noncharged Charge Puncture.

So, whenever I spam noncharged Charge Puncture my character gets reliably animation locked which prevents moving the character. It gets stuck in the charging animation and the only thing possible to do is rotate the character. This lock can be broken if Charge Puncture is used again, or Shift.

There are two negative side effects to this:

  1. I expect spamming (without holding down the button) Charge Puncture to work as holding down the Noncharge Puncture - just the quick hit spam. That doesn’t exactly happen. The Puncture hits become … erratic, with non-uniform delays between the hits. They still look quick, but they’re not evenly spread across time.

  2. Not being able to move unless mitigated with a workaround like the Shift.

Update: I think this only happens when bound to a mouse button. Doesn’t reproduce on keyboard.

Update2: Nope, managed to reproduce it on the keyboard as well, just harder to do.
