Last night I played a sentinel until level maybe level 20 in one play through. Today I get back on to play and my character is not there. I start a new Sentinel, leave the game and it’s gone, did this two-three times. I even tried to do it with a primalist.
I don’t know if it’s something on my end? I would assume online characters are not stored on our side, but still I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong here.
Edit: Least my stash, gold, and materials save. haha
Same thing happened to me, I think they have this under investigation.

I will be waiting until they this this before I play again. I did enjoy the other characters that I did make and was not able to make new ones.
Hey, same thing happened to me this weekend.
I’ve made 4 characters so far and none of them have saved, 1 in offline and three in what I thought was online. Played the first hour or so with all of them. Tried to look at the character selection screen but no characters are appearing in either offline or online when I try to login.
Guess I’ll be waiting for a bit. My stash seems to be intact between the characters though.
Yeah, looks like it’s under investigation, but same time sucks it’s happening. I’d like to play on the multiplayer server, but I guess they are still on it. I’m hoping once they figure it out they’ll release a patch asap for it and not wait to bundle it with other stuff.
Like no point in playing if I gotta start over every time I wanna play.
