Haven’t played last epoch in like 2-3 months, was excited now that I can play, had 2-3 characters. one level 70+ and they are all deleted now? was there an update or something o.o
All my loot and items ive saved are gone… =(

What version of the game (0.8.5f or the current free for all mp version) are you playing?

Did you perhaps do something on your local machine? Change windows login / reinstall / change harddrive? Are you logging in to the game from another computer?
All 0.8.5f chars are stored locally on your machine and not on a EHG server. If you are using Steam Cloud backup, you can “backup” and move savegames between systems but its still just local files being copied around so if anything happened to those files, it would explain why you cannot find your characters anymore.
(obviously the MP beta has saves on the server but you are using the 0.8.5f not 0.9).

Thanks. Not quite “back” to my previous interactions yet - lots of personal real life upheavals - generally a long story and best to move on as soon as possible. 
Looking forward to the official release of 0.9 soon - it will be almost like starting fresh even tho I have only been gone for a few months.
