This did not happen to me, but to a friend. I do not have access to game logs or anything.
He has a character that he played in 0.9, but not in 0.9.1. He logged in to the character this patch (0.9.2, a few days ago) and could spent around 20 passive points, because the character is level 96 for some reason. He doesn’t mind though…
