Character Trends For Continued Play

First of all, let me say I am a big fan. I have 500 hours of playtime. Pretty much every class I’ve played does the campaign without any problem, same with the first run of Monoliths. My favorite so far is beastmaster (100) and primalists in general. I also have a druid, shaman, marksman and forgeguard on live. I do have some older legacy characters like paladin, void knight, etc, etc. Here is what I am noticing:

Get gud or get ward.
Normal gameplay in higher corruption (fighting monsters, getting stability) you don’t really need ward. Its nice to have, but its easy enough to tank up if that’s what you like to do. Where I’m having problems is boss fights. My solution? Go low/life ward. It’s pretty easy on str classes with the axe solution that gives you matching intel, and even doable on dex classes too with some nice drops. I’m literally having to respec my build to fight bosses and farm blessings.

Why Ward is Not a Great Solution for Everyone
I like the mechanic,. I really do. I think ward is super cool. It makes your health window very exciting, buuuuuut, we don’t have transmogs in the game. Every character looks very similar with the same equipment. Does ward make sense for every class? I don’t want to be the fun police but it takes all the class fantasy away when players are forced into systems that don’t really fit the theme of the class.

Boring Gearing Options in Endgame
LE is a loot hunter. If I am hunting the same pair of shoes, chest, 1h weapon and gloves on every character that makes the game very boring to me. Each build in every class should have its own exclusive line of loot players should be chasing. Different chests, boots, gloves, weapon options would be ideal. It’s not like we are going to run out of stash space.

It would be my desire to have different loot chases for every build/class. That’s how I have fun. I’m rank 10 circle of fortune so target farming is very easy for me. Please make loot worth chasing, so I can keep chasing monsters in LE.

Thanks
