Hey, since yesterday i cant seem to access my online character anymore.
i get to character select just fine but as soon as i click on enter game im stuck in the following loading screen.
Additionally i can see that it says that my character is lvl 98 but i know i was 99 and in the preview image it appears that the helm+gloves+boots and weapon slots are empty.
the character in question is my only online character “kanar” 98? druid.

Please reply and upload your player.log file and a dxdiag report. I’ll have a look at them and see if I can make any suggestions.
In the meantime, this could be caused by corrupted game files, which are resolved by verifying Steam game file integrity

thank you for your quick answer, there was indeed 1 corrupted file and redownloading it seems to have done the trick.
after succesfully logging in to the character i can confirm that there was no exp or item loss.
i feel kind of stupid now for not having tried the simplest thing first but i guess sometimes you just have to have it written in front of you.
anyway, issue resolved - topic can be closed.
