Character Sheet reporting negative resistance when Weaver's Will item upgrades

I noticed that when a Weaver’s Will item upgrades an affix it seems to lower the base resist on the character sheet. When the Advent of the Erased I was wearing went from 44% to 59% phys resist, my character sheet stayed at 44%, but then showed -15% when I took the boots off. (Also the game seems to hang pretty hard when it upgrades an affix as well)

Edit - It fixes itself when you log out/log back in btw
